Hi lovely readers! I hope you all had an amazing Christmas with friends and family and have enjoyed the seasonal pleasures of eating and drinking until near explosion as well as opening gifts and just generally chilling out. I'm currently relaxing on the sofa watching the IT crowd and filling up on white wine, pizza and vegan sweets - literally the best way I could think of spending time off work! Although I've had an incredible Christmas period altogether, boxing day really stands out to me so I wanted to share a few pictures on here...
To make the most of the pleasant weather I decided to take a trip out to Burghley House where we were greeted by the most absolutely stunning deer. Look how cute this sleepy baby is!
Me and the boyf had such a lovely time enjoying the scenery at Burghley and generally being mushy together, probably making all the other walkers want to vom right then and there (soz).
It got dark fairly quickly but we had enough time walking round this beautiful place to take in all the pretty views.
After our walk we headed inside for a couple of drinks and some much needed warmth.
And then we headed back home! It was magical seeing the beautiful deer on boxing day and I couldn't think of a better place to walk off my christmas dinner. How has everyone's Christmas been so far? Have you been getting out anywhere nice or just staying in with family?
