The other day I received the most unbelievably amazing box of goodies* from HQhair - and I am talking seriously unbelievable here! Imagine my delight when I open up the surprise package to find: a HD brows eyeshadow palette, a pur minerals eyeshadow palette, a Grow Gorgeous overnight hair mask, Redken metal fix hair colour, a Maybelline contouring palette AND a gorgeous peachy HD brows gloss amongst other things!... Yes, I have well and truly spoilt rotten.
At a first glance - and after a few uses - the stand out products to me so far have to be the Grow Gorgeous mask and the HD brows eyeshadow palette.
I've used the hair mask a few times now and each time my hair has been left feeling ridiculously silky and smooth, as well as a whole lot healthier. My favourite thing about this product though is that it has been so cleverly designed to contain notes of mountain wood and other chill-inducing scents to encourage better sleep - such a fab idea!
The HD brows palette in 003 vamp is an equally impressive product, and the long lasting, high pigment powders are in the perfect shades for this time of year: candy, dusky, berry, aubergine and currant. My favourite way to use this is to create a subtle smoky eye from a range of the colours, and then use the vibrant berry - a stunning pinky/red - to line my eyes.
I'm still in slight shock at how lucky I've been to receive this luxurious parcel, but luckily for you it's not just me that gets a treat from santa this christmas!
