Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick - Noble

 

I am so so excited to share this review with you because this bad boy is hands down one of the best beauty products I've owned in a looooong time. Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks are hailed as a bit of a hero in the beauty blogger scene, and I can 100% confirm this hero status to be true.  

I have the shade 'noble', a petal pink/peachy nude that is pretty much my idea of the perfect lip colour. It's easily wearable with every day makeup and in my opinion compliments fairer skin tones like mine, as well as making the lips look a little plumper than usual - one of the reasons I love wearing nudes so often!

As the name suggests, the formula is extremely long wearing, and dries with a completely matte finish almost as soon as you've applied it to the lips. The coverage is absolutely amazing - high-pigment, no gaps or patchiness and extremely bold colour. I can only imagine how unreal some of the more vibrant shades like Echo and A-Go-Go must look!

I wasn't disappointed with the wear time or duration and strength of the formula one bit, in fact the lipstick even passed my 'boyfriend test' as after a quick peck on the lips there was no transfer whatsoever - fantastic in the sense that my mouth stays flawless, but I must admit I will miss seeing the boyf trying to frantically get rid of lipstick remnants in sheer stricken panic mode.

The lipstick applicator is fairly dainty, making it the perfect size for filling your lips in without making a pig's ear of the whole thing (absolutely nothing worse than accidentally smearing bold matte lippy all over your mouth!) and I can't fault the packaging at all. Finally, all of Kat Von D's products are cruelty free, and the Everlasting Liquid Lipstick range is vegan too!

You can order Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipstick from Sephora for $20 (about £15 I think?) and there's sooo much other stuff from her range that I really want to get my hands on!
