Stumbling across this gorgeous Accessorize fragrance during the dark and chilly winter months has been an absolute godsend for lifting up my spirits and injecting a bit of much needed summer zest into my life right now! Lovelily*, the latest fragrance to drop from Accessorize, is the perfect dressing table companion with its striking bottle and equally stunning scent.
Top notes of the perfume include orange, raspberry and citrus bergamot (hence the zest), while jasmine and lily of the valley run through the heart and the base notes consist of vanilla and musk. The finished product is a vibrant, fresh and sweet scent perfect for every day use - not too overpowering but lasts a decent amount of time, especially for the reasonable price point of just £19.
As you can see the bottle is ridiculously cute (just look at the adorable flower cap!) and judging by both the packaging and the overall sweet, fruity smell I'd suggest that this would be especially popular with teens or young women. I know I'd be chuffed if I unwrapped this little gem on Christmas day!
I'm sometimes a little wary of scents like this which have been brought out as a secondary product by a celebrity or a shop (I don't want to sound snobby but I suppose I just trust the classic, high end perfume brands a bit more) HOWEVER, the smell of Lovelily has totally shocked me as it's on par with something you'd get next to a YSL in Boots.
Overall I have absolutely nothing but praises to sing for this fab little scent and I genuinely think it would make a lovely Christmas gift as it won't break the bank either. Have you tried this or any other Accessorize perfumes? I'd love to hear how you rate them!
